Mr. Sergio Van Dusen has ten years of engineering experience with seven years of design specific to the Houston area.His background in quality engineering translates into an ability to streamline procedures based on data patterns. This results in project execution that is efficient and timely. Mr. Van Dusen has provided design and project management for site design projects, as well as, public works projects including road reconstruction, major water and sewer projects, and subdivision projects. With a diverse and strong technical background, Mr. Van Dusen is proficient in site design, drainage design, permitting and approval requirements, opinions of cost and contract management. His experience includes church sites, schools, retail and office commercial projects, multi-family projects, industrial projects, detention ponds, storm sewers, public water lines, public sewer lines, road reconstruction, and lift/pump stations.
