The Woodlands College Park High School is already having a tremendous impact on the community. Design elements provided for this development include: Two public roads; The extension of a public sanitary sewer; A new public storm sewer system; A fire loop around the building; Storm Water Detention; A sanitary sewer lift station and force main; A public water well capable of delivering irrigation loads; A drinking water distribution system; As well as grading and site design (outdoor athletic facilities were designed by Lamb and Barger Engineers).
