Vogt Engineering provides engineering consulting services to architectural firms which principally consist of preparation of civil site design, utilities, grading, paving, drainage, and Storm Water Pollution Protection Plan. We provide both boundary and topographic surveys to owners as additional services and, depending on the site, platting service as well as the required extension of utilities to serve the project.

Our private developer clients vary from the very large, The Woodlands Operating Company, L.P. to the family owned grocery store. No matter the size, each client receives the same level of technical expertise and professional competence that has come to be a hallmark of Vogt Engineering.

Each project has an impact on the environment and comes under the scrutiny of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and is required to comply with TCEQ standards and regulations. Vogt Engineers maintains a current library and knowledge of the requirements by constant research and contact with all involved regulatory agencies.

With such a broad spectrum of clients, Vogt Engineering's projects vary from:

Vogt Engineering has long recognized that along with our role in the development of infrastructures, civil engineers also have a responsibility for community development in general. To that end we are strong proponents of good corporate citizenship.
